Who We Are

Welcome to ICAN.Sir!, where we empower African American women in their battle against breast cancer through the power of saying "I Can". Founded on the strength and faith of Dola C. Williams, a thriver since 2016, we stand strong on our commitment through:

  • Prevention: Equipping women with the knowledge and tools to prevent breast cancer.

  • Education: Providing vital information to understand and fight breast cancer effectively.

  • Choice: Supporting women in making informed decisions about their health and treatment.

The name ICAN.Sir! is derived from the many instances she heard “you can’t do that” due to the diagnosis.  Repeatedly, Dola found out she could!  ICAN.Sir! is a faith based organization.   As a faith based organization we have adopted the color turquoise in our pink ribbon which symbolizes “warring”.
